• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Account Registration

6. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to paid Services:

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you opt-in to receive SMS notifications:

• Standard message and data rates may apply
• Message frequency varies based on your settings
• Reply STOP to opt-out at any time
• Reply HELP for assistance
• We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by JRM Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JRM SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JRM Software from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
